The practice of Mindfulness in Nourish Your Life is encompassing yoga, meditation, mindful eating and being aware of your own mind, body and soul. You will learn how to be in the present while also letting go of the past and working for the future.
The practice of Movement in Nourish Your Life includes workouts (home and gym), yoga, and anything that gets your body moving. We learn how to move our bodies for the right reasons, exercise because we love ourselves and listen to our bodies and what they need.
The practice of Mindset in Nourish Your Life is overarching and is a part of everything we go through. The mindset behind eating, moving, our day to day lives, limiting beliefs, toxicity, goals, consistency, boundaries, - and so much more.
